Green Day Announces Central/South American Tour – Trends on Twitter!

It’s been 12 years since Green Day last hit South America’s biggest country, Brazil. Twelve long, cold years for our South American friends. Well, their wait is over! Today Greenday.com announced several dates in October for the countries of Brazil (four dates), Peru (one date) and the Central American country of Costa Rica (one date). Once announced, the Twitterverse went crazy and Green Day trended for a few hours on word of the news.
